Tea is a traditional beverage of China, formerly often used as a herbal potions to cure the deseases. Because the properties are still believed until now, a lot of people who enjoy a cup of tea at breakfest or a friend on eat so relaxed during the aftenoon.
drinking a cup of hot tea in the morning is enough to generage energy. Besides being able to relieve the cold in the morning, drinking hot tea can also keep skin smoothness. Even believed to improve memory.
According to a study, tea is rich in vitamin E and omega 3 fatty acids. Two types of essential nutrients is very useful in improving brain memory to be more focused and be more clever
2 types of tea consumed is back tea and green tea. A little caffein can help dilate blood vessels in the brain, thus blood flow in a smooth brain to improve concentration and make stay focused.
Not only that, it contains L-theanine and caffeine in green tea can improve brain performance to reduce the risk of dementia or commonly known as senile or forgetful. So, there is no harm in drinking a cup of tea every morning in order to be healty.
