Healthy Lifestyle Rasululloh saw.






Rasulullah's living historians mentioned that he suffered only 2 times. The first is when he after receiving revelation in the cave Hiro whice suddenly makes Rasululloh saw fever. The second is at time before he died, It proves that the Rasululloh has a good physical healthy.
In islamic doctrin, a healthy lifestyle has been introduced by the Rasululloh. Doctrine reflects a healthy lifestyle personal forte.
Here is some healthy lifestyle Rasululloh saw:
1. Eat in moderation
Eat in moderation according to the levels of the stomache's abilithy to hold and process it into anargy. In a Hadist that narrated by Ibnu Majah, Prophet started that people should keep their balance, one-third for food, one-third for water, and one- third for air.Rasululloh said," hi people that believe, don't eat before you are hungry, and stop eating before you are full".
From the hadist clearly explained that we are forbidden to eat too much because it is not good for health.

2. Sit down when they wanted to drink
When you feel thirsty to drink water with a regular prophet seated first. This method is also scientifically proven healthful where when  we drink water with the position still standards there will be a valve that is not ready to receive the water pressure and when seated valve was open and ready to receive water.

3. Eath with your right hand
Eat with your right hand is not just a tradition but also according to a study is also one of a healthy lifestyle. When eaten with the right hand then the left brain active is where nature left brain is always in order, and thinking. While using the left hand when eating then that is active right brain that has  a random nature and the imagination. So eating with the left hand isconsidered less suitable according to a study.

4. Fast asleep and wake up fast.
If it's time to sleep, then Rasululloh would be fast asleep. Rasululloh sleep in in the night is about after the break after evening prayers, approximately 21.30. Then roughly 03.00 had been up in the night for prayers third night. The time spent in bed is less than eight hours. in this contex, the use of 24 hours in one day and one night, was  athird for work, a third for the worship of god, and a third is too sleep. Of cours, this comparison is not rigid, but rather in terms of the balance.

5.often Fasting
Fasting can make us healthy, because fasthing  can rest the digestive organs of human that makes our body to be healthy.
