Benefit of Bananas for Our Health





Do you know banana?, I am sure that most of people know about banana, because banana is a fruit that can be found in various place and often eaten by people. Banana is a sweet and healty fruit. 
there are some benefits of banana for our health:

1. Diet
one banana has 11% of dietary fiber and only about 108 calories. Fiber in bananas not only perform regular digestion, but also helps maintain low blood sugar from foods with excessive carbohidrat.

2. Keeping blood pressure
Studies show that a high amount of potassium in bananas can lower one's lood pressure, whice reduces the likelihood of a person developing atherosclerosis attack, heart dideases and stroke.

3. Maintain brain health
Along with lowering blood pressure, potassium prevents weakening of bones in the body. High sodium intake, can cause excessive amounts of calcium to be lost through the urine, wich threatens not only the strength and bone health, but also negatively affect blood clotting, muscle contraction, and normal nervous system function. Potassium is found in bananas neutralizes the high amounts of sodium in one's diet, so keep a healthy amount of calcium in the body.

4. Nutrient absorption in total height
Potassium in bananas is not the only way to ensure a healthy level of calcium in the body. Bananas also contain levels of fruuctoligosaccharide (FOS) figh-along with insulin- increase the absorbtion of calcium. FOS maintain healthy bacteria in colon that produce vitamins and digestive enzymes that improve the body's overall abilty to absorb nutrients.

5. Cancer prevention
A large study conducted by the Internal Journal of cancer shows that people who eat bananas four to six times a week have to a lowerrisk of developing kidney cancer. This has been proven to the subject of women, and the decline rate rezches 50%.
