Pudding

Vanilla Pudding Mango Sauce




Vanilla pudding mango sauce is a blend of sweet milk puddingtoped  with mango sauce and nata de coco. Certainly fresh and tasty foreat. Let's make it..

Ingredients:
1 packet of jelly without color
400 ml of liquid milk
75 grams of sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 eggs whites, beaten until stiff

Mango sauce ingredients:
200 grams of mango 
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
100 ml of boiled water

Additional material:
Nata de coco taste

How to make Pudding:
1. Mix milk, jelly, sugar, and vanilla powder in a saucepan.
2. Stir until all ingredients dissolve.
3. Cook the ingredients until boilling.
4. Remove from heat and stir until the steam is lost.
5. Add the beaten egg whites, stir until bleded well.
6. Prepare pudding mold to suit your taste, coat the mold with water.
7. Pour the batter into the mold. Wait for it to cool at room temperature.
8. If it is cold, you can put it in the refrigerator if you like.

How to make Mango sauce:
1. Mix all mangos sauce ingredients in a blender
2. Wait until blendered well.
