Learning english as a foreign language is something interchanged with learning english as a second language. Indonesian, Thai, and Japanese people learn english as a foreign language, because they have their own official language that is Indonesian, Thai, and Japanese respectively. In big cities in Indonesia, people speak Indonesian at home, in the shops and at schools whereas in small towns or in villages people speak Indonesian and vernaculars ( Javanese, Balinese, Batak, etc. ) interchangeably. The Philippines has adopted english as second language. English is an official language in the Philippines for a different reason. The Philippines had been under successive foreign colonization, first Spanish and then American, for a long time. Even nowadays Spanish is still being taught in many highschools in Manila.  Below the tips for a successful in job interview:

1. Find out as much as you can about the company you intent to work for. Try to document yourself about everything and a thing the job you are competing for can include, the product or services the company offers. Knowing these things will make you feel more confident when you will be asked specific questions about the company. 

2. Make sure you are carrying with you a coppy your CV, written in a professional manner, including all details that chould be of interest for that specific company. 

3. Look your interlocutor in the eyes, because this thing shows that you have confidence in yourself and that you are focusing on the subject. Show some entusiasm towards the firm you are trying to work for.

4. Dress up as a professional as possible. If the company style claims the wear a suit, the wear that suit and look as presentable as possible because that is most important and it will make just the difference you need.

5. Try to answer the question, in not more than 60 seconds. That doesn't mean that you have to answer with simple yes and no, but long answers will make the interlocutor lose his interest. And you might also lose your concentration.  

6. Listen carefully and answer to question directly. If you did not understand a question, ask influence your carrier. Give some examples that can end up leaving a good impression of you.

7. Ask question. The question you will ask show that you are proactive and that you want to make sure this place is indeed the right work place for you.

8. Send a "Thank You" not at no more than 2 days after the interview. Express your interest towards the job you are interested in and thank them for their time. Dark chocolate has recently ben promoted for its health benefits, including a substantial amount of antioxidants that reduce the formatoon of free radicals, although current scientific evidence is against health improvements by dietary antioxidants. The presence of treobomine renders it toxic to some animals, especially dogs and cats.

     Chocolate has become one of the most popular food types and flavors in the wold. 1. ANGKLUNG

Angklung is a traditional musical instruments from West Java. This instruments make from bamboo, sounded sounded shaken by ( the sound caused by the clash of bodies bamboo pipes ) so can produce sounds.

2. BEDUG

Bedug is a traditional musical instrument which has been used since thousands of years ago, which has functioned as a means of communication in the ancient times, both in religious rituals and communication between people. 3.CALUNG

4. GAMELAN

Kecapi is very popular in society of Sunda and used in event that has relation with culture.

6. KOLINTANG

Kolintang is the Minahasa's traditional musical instrument. The name of Kolintang according to the society derived from its sounds: Tong ( low tone ), Ting ( high tone ), and Tang ( usual tone ). In region language has meaning persuation : Let's we do TONG TING TANG  ". This invitation eventually turned into kolintang word to be easily pronounced by the people.

Baturaden

One of the interesting place in Central Java is Baturaden. It located 15 km north of Purwokerto. Baturaden is a classical high land country in the foot of Slamet mountain. Central Java's outstanding resorts is approximately 14 km north of Purwokerto. It occupies a fine site on the slope of Slamet mount, at elevation of 650 m above sea level. It has remarkabel weather with a cool mountain breeze. The temperature ranges from 18 degree C to 25 degree C. The huge bourder also points out to Ravines and river bank and form some kind of path, apparently having rolled down from Slamet Mount during a eruption many centuries ago.

Baturaden is renowned for local tourism, with attraction for hot spring, trekking and camp;ing. The main attraction for tourist is the Loka Wisata Baturaden, a recretional park with a swimming pool, water slide, lake, childre's play ground with an Old Dutch Merry-go-round, Hot water mineral spring and Botanical Gardens. We can come to spend the wole day, picnicking on the grassy lawn or a long the river or bathing in the mineral waters, wich contain sulfur. There are 2 natural hot spring in Baturaden, namely Pancuran Telu and Pancuran Pitu. The park connects with "Pancuran Tujuh" of warm sulfuric spring water about 2,5 km's away. Jatijajar Cave

Jatijajar cave is located about 49 km west of Kebumen, or 20 km from Gombong. It is the most interesting cave in Central Java with its stalastite and stalagmite. Inside the cave, there is Kamandaka statue, wich has its own legend. The legend inside the cave describing about the legend of Raden Kamandaka or Lutung Kasarung legend, wich this story is represented by statue inside of cave. It is believe that water from water source inside cave can make someone well preserved. The length of this cave is about 250 meters. To reach the location there is available transportation such as angkot (a small bus), and also some representative hotels and restaurants. The name of Jatijajar is come when there were 2 of twin Jati trees growth in mouth of cave in the first time founded. The cave complex is equipped by Dinosaurs statue dischargers water from his mouth, where as water comes from sources inside cave every day. There are also another beauthifu cave in the area of Jatijajar cave, such as Intan Cave and Dempok cave completed by a pleasure park. Talk about the potential of spiritual meaning to talk about human nature. Human beings are made in the face of the eart to carry out two tasks, as a servant and a leader.

As slaves of men have a duty to devote his life to the creator. Manifestation of the devotion to the worship called. Worhsip many forms of wich are ukhrowi (sholat, hajj, fasting, dzikr,etc) and temporal (school, work, socializing,etc). While the man as a leader has the meaning that humans have a duty to lead, at least to lead themselves in control of the passions.

In order   to carry out their duties properly then the man must optimize all the potential that is given by the creator himself, namely the potential for spiritual, intellectual potential, the potential of emotional and physical potential. But basically need to know basis or root of all potentials are spiritual potential. Because no matter  how great the potential for intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual potential without a strong base will be easily swayed by exposure circumestances. So many people who have this ability mired in actions that are not true.

Bambang Sutikno in his book "The power of 4Q" is describrd as a potential fourth great trees and extra ordinary 4Q, he called it a tree. A tree, leaves and fruit will never be able to live without roots, because roots are as absorbent food juices is needed by the trees, leaves and fruit. If there is a tree that has abig trunk, fruits and leaves many dense but do not have deep roots, the tree may be alive, but it will never last long. Now let's imagine if there was someone who had the potential physical, emotional and intellectual good but without a strong spiritual fonudation, then we can imagine how the results and tangible evidence that we can see in real life. Given the importance of the spiritual potential, then the potential increase spiritual potency can not be ruled out.
