How To Make Lemper





Hi guys, how are you today? I hope you are fine.
this time, I want to share about how to make Lemper. Do you know what the  Lemper is?
Lemper is a tradisional Javanes food from sticky rice that wrapped by the banana leaves. This food has a savory taste and fit as a booster for the stomach substituate for rice.
this is the step how to make lemper:

ingredients:
1/2 kg of sticky rice
500cc milk squeezed from coconut
1 tea spoon of salt
2 sheet of pandanus leafe
banana leavea for packing.

Material contents:
1/2 kg chicken
1 sheet of salam leaf
1 piece of ginger, crushed
1 stalk lemonggrass, crushed
1 tablet spoon cooking oil.
250cc coconut milk from 1/2 coconut.
 
spices that:
1 tea spoon coriander
4 grains of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 whole nutmeg
a little tamarind
salt to taste
sugar to taste.


How to make content lemper:
1. Boil chicken until tender, then shredded- shreddid thin
2. Saute the spice paste with oil.
3. Enter the greeting galangal and lemongrass.
4. Once the desired fragrance and stir chicken so flat.
5. Add coconut milk and stir until dry.

How to make lemper:
1. Soak glutinous rice in water for about 2 hours, drain.
2. Steamed glutinous rice half cooked
3. Pour coconut milk that has been boiled with salt and pandan leaves, stir well.
4. Insert back into the steamer and stearm untill cooked.
5. Once cooked glutinous chil over an already winno wing try covered with banana leaves.
6. Flaten 1 cm thick, then cut into pieces the size of 7x4 cm.
7. Fill each piece with 1 teaspoon of the content lemper.
8. Roll up and close the rdges.
9. Wrap with banana leaves.
