Chaves regime known as "opponents of capitalism" by performing verification through state policy by holding large foreign-owned companies to cede 70% of the shares and the investment to the government of Venezuela. Hugo Chaves basically aim is to prove that socialism respect the basic rights of humanity in every nation with a strong stand on the sovereignty of its own.

Hugo Chaves history began with the revolutionary movement of the people doing general strike led by the party he leads. Hugo Chavez struggles under the umbrella of nationalism against the nation itself which then becomes a "permanent revolution" that the socialist leanings.
