“How to make Chocolate Ganache
Pie”
Pie made it an easy fit for the dearest gifts. His skin was crispy with a soft chocolate filling. A crunchy topping of fresh fruit delicious. More delicious when eaten cold.
ingredients:
• 12 ready-made fruit bowl pie
• 100 g dark cooking chocolate, melted
• Ganache:
• 300 g dark cooking choocolate, small pieces
• 350 ml fresh cream
• Cream Shake:
• 250 ml fresh cream
• 1 tbsp sugar
• Decoration:
• Fresh fruits
• Shaved Chocolate

• 350 ml fresh cream
• Cream Shake:
• 250 ml fresh cream
• 1 tbsp sugar
• Decoration:
• Fresh fruits
• Shaved Chocolate
How to Make:
• Melt the chocolate with steamed way.
• Grease the inside of the bowl with melted chocolate pie.
• Let stand until chocolate hardens.
• Ganache:
• Heat the fresh cream until almost boiling.
• Pour in the chopped chocolate and stir until chocolate dissolves.
• Let stand until chocolate is rather thick.
• Pour into pie bowls, smooth and set aside to cool.
• Spray the top with whipped cream.
• Garnish with fresh fruit and shaved chocolate.
• Serve
